Tip Top Fitness is a 24-hour gym available to area residents in Arcadia, Iowa.

To book the shelter house you must call City Hall at 712-689-2442. The rental fee is $100.00 for the day. We do not book half days. There is also a $125.00 deposit fee collected. Both fees must be submitted to confirm the reservation. Two separate checks, both made out to: City of Arcadia.

Payment along with the completed forms, which can be downloaded below, can be dropped off at City Hall (300 S. Gault St.) or mailed to the City of Arcadia at PO Box 41, Arcadia, IA 51430.

Your deposit check will be held, and returned to you after your event in full if all rules have been followed and the facility is clean and free of any damage. If the facility is not cleaned or there is damage, or you have not followed the rules, the deposit check will be cashed and a portion or the entire check will be used for cleaning/damage. If this occurs, an explanation of charges will be mailed to you with any unused dollar amount.
